One of the most essential steps in the real estate buying process is obtaining a thorough inspection of the property by a qualified professional. • New Construction  Home Inspections are for people who have purchased a newly constructed home and the construction is completed (utilities and water are on, etc.) Why should I have a new home inspected?
• New Home Warranty Inspections are for people who have purchased and are already living in a newly constructed home and the builder's warranty is still in effect (usually a builder's warranty is one year).

• Pre-Market Home Inspections are for people who are considering putting their home on the market who would like to know what they need to repair/upgrade before they put that for sale sign on the front lawn.

• Thermographic Imaging.  As certified thermographers, we now offer the latest in nondestructive evaluation through the use of a Fluke® infrared camera.  If you are looking at a property, we can tell you where insulation may be missing, which will cost you every year in heating and cooling costs.
